The Arab Banking Corporation/(Jordan) has completed the process of increasing the Paid – in Capital by 9,080,937 shares to reach 80,000,000 JOD/shares through capitalizing 9,080,937 JOD/shares from retained earnings, which represents 12.8% from the shareholders percentage of wealth. The new shares are going to be listed in Amman Stock Exchange on July 21th, 2010 , and the new reference price will be JOD 1.05.
