The Board of Directors of Falcon For Investment & Financial Services have called for an Extra- Ordinary meeting which will be held on Feb 27,2010 to discuss the following:

1. Cancel the previous decision of increase the company paid - in capital from 4.12 million JOD/Shares to 150 million JOD/Shares through private subscription at a price of 1 JOD.

2. Decrease the Board Of Directors members from 9 to 7 members.
