The company has signed an agreement  on Jan 11,2010 with an Indonesian company in Jakarta to Establish a join limited responsibility company  named "PETRO JORDAN ABADI"  in Indonesia with a paid - in capital of 10$ million USD.

the main objective for the join company is to produce 200,000 TON/Year from the phosphoric ,and 600,000 TON/YEAR of kebretic , the JOPH company will provide the new company by 1 million TON/YEAR of phosphate until 20 years.
