The Ministry of Industry & Trade has approved on July 1, 2010 at the following : 

1. Adjusting the company's name to be "Inwan Investment".
2. Adjusting the objectives of the company.
3. Decrease the number of The Board of directors from 10 members to 5 members.
4. Decreasing the minimum amount of shares required to the board membership from 10,000 shares to 5,000 shares.
