The Jordan Securities Commission has approved on July 15, 2010 to cover the unsubscribed 3,576,940 shares through public subscription, The shares will be priced at JOD 1 per share.

The public offering starts from the date of the JSC approval till August 8, 2010. And the  subscription period is ten days starting from July 26, 2010 to August 4, 2010 at all Capital Bank Branches in the Kingdom.
