The Ministry of Industry & Trade has approved for International Cards Company on May 19, 2010 to increase the authorized , subscribe and paid – in capital from JOD 14,723,184 Million to JOD 15,459,343 Million through capitalizing of premium reserve and distributing it as stock dividends of 736,159 JOD/Share which represents 5 %.
